What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 8-10 in-home sales representatives and be responsible for driving both team performance and culture.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, coach, and develop an in-home sales team.
- Drive team performance around:
- NSLI
- Close rate
- Referral generation
- Revenue goals
- Conduct regular one-on-ones and sales meetings.
- Handle and support T.O. (turnover) calls.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales reps.
- Ride along in the field to coach and improve performance.
- Build a strong accountability and referral-first culture.
- Monitor KPIs and daily sales activity.
- Develop underperforming reps and elevate top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and scaling operations.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of in-home sales experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and revenue growth.
- Strong closer with the ability to coach others to improve closing performance.
- Experienced in hiring, onboarding, and training sales representatives.
- KPI-driven and comfortable managing metrics such as NSLI, close rate, and referrals.
- High-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong communicator who can motivate, challenge, and develop people.
